  • Step 2

    Add an item to the shopping cart

    Once you found an item that you like, just click “add to cart” to add it to your shopping cart. You can proceed to checkout or continue shopping for more items. You can order at any time, from 30 days up to 24 hours before your flight.

  • Step 3

    Choose your preferred delivery method

    Different delivery methods are available depending on your departure or arrival airport.

    • Pick-up at departure

      Select the “Pick-up at departure” option and save time by collecting your order at the airport – quick and easy!

      On the day of your flight, your purchases will be waiting for you at the designated cash register in our Walkthrough stores in terminal A or B, depending on your flight destination. Show our staff members your order confirmation, your boarding pass and your identity card, and they’ll give you your order. All the practical information, regarding the pick-up point of your order, will be visible while you place an order online and will also be written on the order confirmation.

      This service is available for all passengers with a valid ticket for a flight departing from Brussels Airport.

    • Pick-up at arrival

      Treat yourself to something from our eShop and travel light thanks to the “Pick-up at arrival” option that will allow you to collect your purchases when you arrive in Belgium!

      Your order will wait for you on the day of your arrival in Belgium at the Shop&Collect desk, located in the baggage reclaim hall of Brussels Airport. All the practical information regarding the pick-up point of your order will be visible while you place your order online and will also be written on the order confirmation. Go to the pick-up point with your order confirmation, your boarding pass and your identity card to collect your order.

      This service is available for all passengers with a valid ticket for a flight arriving at Brussels airport.

    • Home delivery

      Treat yourself to something from our eShop and travel light thanks to the “Home delivery” service offered by Aelia Duty Free! Enjoy free home delivery on all orders above 50€.

      During the checkout, you can select the “Home delivery” option. Your order will be delivered at the indicated address (your address must be located in Belgium) at the latest 72 hours after your date of departure or arrival. Show the delivery agent your order confirmation, your boarding pass and your identity card, and he’ll give you your order. If no one is present when the delivery agent comes to deliver your order, the delivery agent will drop off your order at a Bpost pick-up point close to you and leave a delivery slip in your mailbox. Your order will then be available for 14 days at this pick-up point.

      This service is available for all passengers with a valid ticket for a flight departing from or arriving at Brussels airport.

  • Step 4

    Proceed to checkout & to payment

    Once you have confirmed your order, you will be requested to give your flight details and contact information. You can decide to create a client account or pay as a guest in our online shop. Our eShop accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and V Pay. All transactions are processed by SIX.

    Confirmation

    After the payment, an order confirmation with details of your order and delivery information will be sent to your email address.
